In brief
  • Using the dashboard or API means you agree to the terms that govern accounts, billing, and product use.
  • You are responsible for your credentials, API keys, submitted content, and the workflows you run.
  • Questions about these terms can be sent to support@solidrelay.io.

By creating an account, using the dashboard, or sending requests to the Solid Relay API, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

Solid Relay provides API-based PDF generation, template rendering, hosted URL outputs, and batch processing. You are responsible for the applications, content, data, and workflows you send through the service.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Access should be limited to authorized users and systems only.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account or active API keys unless the activity results from our own failure to secure the platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Solid Relay to:

  • violate applicable law or regulation
  • submit malicious payloads, abusive traffic, or attempts to disrupt the service
  • store or process content you do not have the right to submit
  • bypass plan limits, access controls, or product safeguards

Subscriptions, billing, and limits

Paid plans, overage blocks, quotas, and feature access are governed by the pricing and subscription terms in effect at the time of purchase. Product limits may include monthly PDFs, request rate, concurrency, batch size, key counts, and retention based access.

Failure to pay may result in downgrade, suspension, or restricted access to paid features.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements, non-payment, or behavior that threatens the stability of the service.

You may stop using Solid Relay at any time. We may also discontinue or change parts of the service as the product evolves.

Customer content

You retain responsibility for the document content, template content, data fields, and URLs submitted to Solid Relay. We may process that content as needed to provide the service and operate the platform.

Availability and service changes

We aim to operate Solid Relay reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solid Relay is provided on an as-available basis and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
