Solid Relay is designed for API-based PDF generation and document delivery. This policy describes how we handle account information, usage data, document inputs, and rendered outputs when you use the product.

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Account information such as name, email address, company, and authentication details.
Billing information needed to manage subscriptions, invoices, and payment events.
API usage data such as request metadata, timestamps, output mode, size, and error results.
Saved templates, document inputs, and generated outputs submitted through the service.
Operational and audit information related to account access, key activity, and product changes.

How we use information

We use collected information to:

Provide PDF rendering, batch processing, storage, and related product functionality.
Authenticate users, manage API keys, and enforce plan-based limits and security controls.
Operate billing, support, abuse prevention, service monitoring, and incident response.
Improve reliability, diagnose failures, and maintain usage and audit visibility.

Document inputs and outputs

Document inputs may include HTML, URLs, templates, and structured data supplied by your application. Generated PDFs may be returned inline or stored temporarily when URL output is used.

Hosted URL outputs use expiry controls. Temporary signed read access is used when signing is available, and expired single render URL outputs and expired batch artifacts are removed from storage by cleanup paths.

Logs, retention, and visibility

Solid Relay records usage and operational activity so teams can review request history, audit events, and product behavior. Some retention windows depend on the plan, including audit log visibility in the dashboard.

Retention behavior may differ between account records, usage logs, document outputs, and batch artifacts. If you have a specific retention requirement, contact us before relying on the service for that workflow.

Sharing and subprocessors

We may use infrastructure, storage, queueing, analytics, and billing providers to operate Solid Relay. We do not sell customer data.

Information may be shared when necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, enforce the terms of service, or protect the platform and its users.
